Post a property

Fetch property data from the address — we'll fill in most of it for you.

🔑 Sell yourself (private sale)

You run the sale and save the agent's fee. Monti gives you the tools — the responsibility is yours.

When you publish, your listing gathers all the information about the home — key facts, price and photos — in one place. A Malta sales-prospectus PDF is coming. Completely free.

Property details

Type the address and we confirm it — street, locality and postcode from OpenStreetMap data — and pin your home correctly on the map. The property facts (area, build year …) you fill in yourself: no public lookup fills those facts from an address in Malta.

These are shown in the listing so prospective buyers can see who is responsible for the sale.

Photos

Good photos of every room, the facade and the outdoor area build buyer trust — aim for 15-20 photos.

✨ AI suggestion — check it before you publish.

🔒 Your email is not shown publicly — buyers contact you via Monti messages. Phone is optional and only shown if you fill it in. Never share your e-ID or card details.

💸 Settlement — how to do it safely

The final deed is signed before a notary, who handles the money side of completion. Monti never holds the money — we are an intermediary, not a party to the transaction. The notary verifies title, registers the deed and pays the duties; the konvenju deposit is commonly held in notarial escrow.

Monti is partner-independent and only refers — we never receive or handle the settlement. Information, not legal advice.
