Privacy on your account

We collect as little as possible, never show your contact details publicly on your listings, and never store your biometrics — your fingerprint and face never leave your device.

What we store about you

Email address — for login, alerts and contact.
Display name — the name others see on your listings and in your conversations.
Listing data — what you yourself choose to share in your listings.
Passkey: only the public key and technical details — never biometrics.
Logs and IP address — for security and to stop abuse.

Your contact details are protected

We don't show phone numbers or email addresses openly on listings. All contact goes through the message button, so bad actors can't harvest contact details. Never share more in a conversation than you're comfortable with — you're in charge of your listings and messages.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction and objection, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at support@pjazzo.com and we'll help you. If you disagree with how we process your data, you can also complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt). Deleting your account

If you want to delete your account, we delete your account details and your passkey. You can remove your listings at any time. Contact us at support@pjazzo.com.

Do you sell data?

No. We never sell your information. We use a few sub-processors (servers, storage, email) under data processing agreements, and they cannot use the data for their own purposes.

One account, two marketplaces

The operator of Monti also runs the Norwegian marketplace Finnting, and the account store is shared: an account created on either site works on both. That is the same operator running two brands — not sharing with a third party. The privacy policy explains this in full.
